We want you to love your KITSCH essentials; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-day return window for most products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and final sale products are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
